Guardianship - Is is needed or is there another way? Conference Call

Article 12 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities says that persons with disabilities have legal capacity on an equal basis with others, and that they cannot lose this capacity simply because of a disability. Speakers on this call will address how the treaty promotes supportive decision-making so folks can avoid guardianship. Learn about tools you can use as alternatives to guardianship.
