Buteyko Breathing Workshops

Buteyko Clinic was founded by Patrick McKeown to help people with asthma and other respiratory problems to overcome their symptoms naturally, safely and without any side effects. Patrick was a chronic asthmatic for most of his life. By correcting his breathing behavior, he eliminated his medications, asthma attacks, fears and freed himself from his breathing difficulties, as you can too with following his suggestions.

Patrick McKeown is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and the Buteyko Breathing Clinic of Moscow. He is one of only a few Western experts who is directly authorized and accredited by the Late Professor Buteyko to teach this method. Patrick's training in Moscow has been complemented by his own research, consultation with asthma specialists from different parts of the world, and through his experience of working with thousands of clients with conditions such as snoring, chronic bronchitis, rhinitis/hay fever, and emphysema. Asthma Care clinics are now available in thirteen countries worldwide. Patrick has written four books including the best selling - Asthma Free Naturally, Close Your Mouth, ABC to be Asthma Free and Anxiety Free Naturally.
